Steel plate cleaning machine is a set of fully automatic cleaning equipment specially designed for aluminum plate manufacturing enterprises.

1.    XT-500 adopts a horizontal bedroom structure, which can clean aluminum plates within a width of 500mm.

2.    Adopt imported special rolling steel brush for double-sided cleaning, strong water-absorbing cotton stick for dehydration, wind cutting device, cleaning and dehydration wind cutting in one step. Eliminate the moisture on the surface of the workpiece, and realize that the steel plate after washing is not clean and water-free.

3.     It can clean workpieces with a thickness of 0.08mm-2mm at will. The machine has stable performance, is durable, easy to operate, and can be pushed freely.

4.    The fuselage is equipped with 3 independent water tanks, and the circulating water filtration system can save a lot of water, and the        discharge will not cause harm to the environment. Rough cleaning, fine cleaning, rinsing, and three-level cleaning are achieved to make  the workpiece oil, dust, impurities, gravel, and flux clean, smooth and beautiful, improve product texture, high efficiency, and save labor.

5.    Clean about 300-400 sheets of aluminum plates after working for 1 hour.

Precautions

(1)   Be sure to turn on the fan first and then the heater. Turn off the heater first, then the fan.

(2)   Before stopping the conveying motor, be sure to lower the speed regulator to zero.

(3)   There is an emergency stop button on the console, which can be used in case of emergency.

(4)   When one of the water pumps fails to pump water, sufficient water should be replenished immediately.

 Installation and operation steps

(1)   The on-site conditions should have 380V 50HZ AC power supply, connect according to the code, but be sure to connect a reliable ground wire to the grounding sign screw of the fuselage. Industrial tap water sources, drainage ditches. Clean and clean workshop equipment     should be placed on the cement floor to make the equipment stable.

(2)   There are 3 water tanks on the fuselage. (Remarks: put 200g of metal cleaning agent in the first water tank). First, fill up the water in the three water tanks, turn on the hot water switch, and rotate the hot water temperature control to 60° to let the water tank Preheat for 20 minutes, start the water pump at the same time, rotate the spray pipe to spray water on the absorbent cotton, fully wet the absorbent    cotton, and then spray the spray pipe with water to the steel brush. After starting the fan - hot air - steel brush - Conveying(adjustable      motor 400 rpm to normal cleaning steel plate speed)

(3)   Put the workpiece on the conveyor belt, and the workpiece enters the washing machine by itself and can be cleaned.

(4)   After the product comes out of the washing machine and receives the guide table, it can proceed to the next step.

Working principle

After the product is put into the washing machine, the workpiece is carried by the transmission belt into the brushing room, brushed by the steel brush sprayed with water, and then enters the washing room for steel brush spray cleaning, after 2 times of repeated rinsing, and then dehydrated by absorbent cotton , air dry, clean cleaning effect discharge

Watering system

The water used in the cleaning section is used for circulation. The water stored in the water tank should be replaced every day to ensure         clean water for cleaning, and the water tank and filter device should be cleaned once a month. The water spray situation can be monitored    through the observation hole on the cover of the cleaning section. If blockage is found, stop the pump and open the tank cover to dredge the water spray hole.

 The Simple troubleshooting and troubleshooting

• Common faults: the conveyor belt does not run            

Reason: The motor does not run, the chain is too loose

Remedy: check the cause of the motor, adjust the tightness of the chain

•Common faults: steel brush jumping or loud noise Reason: loose connection, damaged bearing

Remedy: adjust the chain tightness, replace the bearing

•Common faults: the workpiece has water spots          

Reason: The suction roller is not completely softened Remedy: soften the suction roller

•Common faults: electrical appliances do not work

Reason: The circuit is out of phase, the main switch is damaged

Remedy Check the circuit and replace the switch

•Common faults: the indicator light is not on

Reason: The emergency stop switch cuts off the power supply,

Remedy Check the circuit, release the emergency stop switch

Maintenance and maintenance

Carry out daily maintenance and maintenance on the machine, and always observe the moving parts of the machine.

1.Vb-1 is used for lubrication in frequency conversion and speed regulation. It has been installed randomly before leaving the factory.Before starting up, check whether the oil level reaches the middle of the oil mirror (other oils will make the machine run unstable, the     friction surface will be easily damaged, and the temperature will increase) . Change the oil for the first time after 300 hours of operation, and then change it every 1,000 hours. Infuse the oil from the oil injection hole to the middle of the oil mirror, and do not overdo it.

2. The oil for the worm gear box of the brush part is the same as above, and the conveyor chain needs to be lubricated once after it has been used for one month.

3. The chain can be adjusted according to the tightness. Check whether there is sufficient water source every day. The water should be replaced according to the cleaning situation of the user, and the conveying rod should be kept clean.

4.Clean the water tank once a day, check the water spray eye frequently to see if it is blocked, and deal with it in time.
